This year we have expanded the Grand Champion Forms Divisions to 16 Grand Champion Trophy winners.

Everyone is a Winner at the Classic, everyone will receive the championship medal. We will divide the divisions to insure a fair participation for all participants. We will award first, second and third to all winners and all other participants will receive a bronze medal in each division.

Thank you for participating in the twenty-fifth annual Kansas City Classic. Whether you are a first time participant or one of many Classic veterans, we appreciate the fact that you have chosen our event. We will do our best to insure a great event that is highly organized, great hospitality and great competition. We would also like to thank the coaches, school owners, instructors and masters along with an outstanding referee team. We have 537 award divisions.

After great success last year, the Classic will again be held at Blue Springs South High School.

My name is Michaela Cooper. I am a first Dan Black Belt. I’ve been in Tae Kwon Do for nine years. When I was fifteen I took first at the USAT Nationals and second at the AAU Junior Olympics. Tae Kwon Do is a big part of my life and it has taught me many great and meaningful lessons. Apart from Tae Kwon Do I enjoy participating in drama at Blue Springs South High School also in my youth group at church. My future goals are to attend Brigham Young University and continue to work and train hard in Tae Kwon Do. God has blessed me greatly with talents and I try my best to share and help others with them.
